Transcripts can be ordered via the Web 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates are available via mobile text message and will also be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.
Your signed consent may be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can approve instantly online or return via fax, mail, or as a scanned email attachment.
Financial obligations to the University of Northwestern Ohio must be satisfied before a transcript can been released. If you do have a financial hold on your student record, your request will not be processed until the hold is resolved. Transcript requests remain active for 30 days to give you time to resolve your hold. If your hold has not been resolved after 30 days your transcript request order will be cancelled. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been fulfilled.
Transcripts will not be faxed or emailed under any circumstances.
No transcripts will be processed on days the University is closed.
You can upload up to three documents to be attached to your transcript in PDF format only. You will be presented with this option when placing your order.
Rush requests must be made by 12:00 pm Eastern time. If received after 12:00 pm, the request will be processed the next business day.
If you would like to request a reprint of your degree certificate, please submit a written request and include the following information:
Full Name (Maiden, if applicable)
Current Address & Phone Number
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Degree certificate reprints should include a processing fee of $15.00 made payable to the University.
Academic records cannot be released without the written consent of the student.
